Ingredients

  • · 2 oz bourbon
  • · 1 tsp demerara syrup
  • · 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • · RimRox Smoke for the rim

Method

  1. 1. Wet the rim of a rocks glass and dip in RimRox Smoke.
  2. 2. Stir bourbon, syrup, and bitters with ice for 20 seconds.
  3. 3. Strain over one large ice cube into the rimmed glass.

Ingredients

  • · 1.5 oz mezcal
  • · 1 oz apple cider
  • · 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • · 0.25 oz maple syrup

Method

  1. 1. Rim a coupe with RimRox Smoke.
  2. 2. Shake all ingredients with ice for 12 seconds.
  3. 3. Double strain into the rimmed coupe.

Method
