Because RimRox is a consumable garnish product, returns are limited for food-safety reasons. Unopened and unused product may be reviewed for return on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact info@RimRox.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
Refund approval
All refunds are subject to review and final approval by RimRox. Refund timelines depend on your original payment method and processor.
